This isn't rocket science.

Make small changes in your life habits.

Start with a short walk. From my personal experience: walking can change your life.

So, let’s get going!

TO DO, TODAY

  1. Take a five-minute walk before dinner. No need for speed.
  2. Eat a veggie tonight, along with other stuff.
  3. Read a Blue Zones article or two. Links below.

TO DO TOMORROW

  1. Take a five-minute walk before breakfast.
  2. Check out the free Blue Zones resources. Links below.

TO DO. ALL YOU CAN.

  1. Move more. Fight inertia. Fight inertia!
  2. Wake up with a purpose. Volunteer now, if you haven't.
  3. Snooze, read, meditate!
  4. Eat slower. Eat on smaller plates.
  5. Add more plants to your eating.
  6. If wine agrees with you, have a glass of red with dinner.
  7. Belong to someone or some group. Fight Isolation!
  8. Make sure you have someone to love. "Someone" can include a pet.
  9. Mix with a crowd that's good for you.
